soo... 1. where is there a water source that provides a water supply for 4 tons per minute? (other than oceans or lakes which kind of limit the use of this) 2. What compromised structure would want that much weight on it instantly?

@pumba788 also, it seems that much of the water is dissipating in a short distance. it would be more effective if it stayed in more of a stream. but im with you in that i think it would be structurally unsafe to add weight to an already crippled structure. i know my departments had a couple of instances where we have had structures fall just from a 400 gpm stream. cant imagine 4 tons.

It,s great,,,,,,and the NYC Fire Dep't. had the Super Pumper starting around 1965,,google it for more info.....I believe it was more powerful,,,not to negate the power of this creation but it could reach farther with greater amounts at a much higher pressure,,,check it out
