i doo it like you say but ingame the graphic option where i can change the texture pack is not there ....

I did everything but the textures won't load at all...I don't even get an error or anything, everything looks "exactly" the same, and I have double and triple checked by starting the game with another plugin and then starting it with the rice plugin to see the difference (obviously with "load hi res textures if available" option selected).

@Crashgek I believe that is caused by not having enough RAM to support the application. What are your specs? You might be able to get away with 2 gigs on vista but if your running 1 gig on vista, forget it.
