I wholeheartedly agree with Chappelle on this one. Why have seperate law for minors and adults when people who commit crimes at 12 years of age are tried as adults. Make a rule, stick to it. Have sex with 17 year old girl, go to jail for statutory rape, she was a kid. 12 year old boy kills a 6 year old, he was an adult. Just ridiculous Florida justice is retarded (and I live here).

Unfortunately, even after this he robbed a pizza delivery boy with a gun. Not good.......

The 'university of crime,' I believe it's referred to. As I said, I'm not saying that happened here, but if I was locked up for life at 15 for something accidental like that, I'd probably have an axe to grind
