I don't see a reason to buy this game since there are so many good new 2d sonic games that capture the nostalgic feel and play so well. There is no reason to bother in another one.

I am looking forward to this application and also my iPod Touch that I am getting this or after Christmas this year. I wanna see how it looks like on it's retina display and also how the iPod Touch performs when the game is run. Also, I'd wanna see how good the game is because like Sonic The Hedgehog one and two for the iPod Touch it wasn't very well in my opinion because while you were playing, you only feel like gliding your fingers around. I guess this game doesn't use the gyro-meter either.

I feel all the memories of sonic games after Sonic Adventure 2 Battle leaving my head. All the memories of horribad games fading, THIS is a real reboot, back to the games roots!
