  • wow just made these **AMAZING**:D

  • You are a fucking genius

  • hey, found some interestingly informative sites too: Everything-Bread, Everything-Cake, LearnAboutPizza, and Chocolarious. There's also this KnowAllWines and ZCocktails where I've found a lot of trivia that I've never known about what I often drink. LOL!

    Just maybe you're interested. :)

  • Wow, this is nice...I love cinnamon and now, I suddenly had the urge to make some again. And again, I'm checking out GourmetRecipe website for cinnamon and more pastry and sweets recipes. lol =D

  • I must marry you!

  • Fantastic video! btw my uncle used this top diet system named: Impact 790 Diet and shed 5 kgs within just a month. I can't remember the site just Google it.

  • Comment removed

  • I tried making this twice in a row, both times it came out way to hard/over cooked. Would the egg whites and protein powder bake in the oven okay? That's the only way I think these could come out good without being over cooked.

  • i tried this but it came out too hard, did i bake it in the microwave too looooong? see what i did there.

  • this doesn't look very healthy to me, all those powders...

  • @rekiepimie Its just Protein Powder and Truvia(all natural)

  • you are every womans fantasy, a hottie that cooks!!! please dont tell me you clean to, i may start making pornographic noises ;P

  • wait wheres the butter and sugar?jk

  • Great video! I have been looking for something like this. thanks!

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • I will call my day, Lean Body day. Since I woke up and I am watching your videos and now it is 7 pm.

  • Just. WOWWWWWWWWWWW

  • Good idea. I made them. Nasty and dry. I'll stick to avoiding cinnamon buns in general.

  • Wow! I have to try these. Thank u for posting!

  • Love this idea! was wondering whether we are able to get stevia in Australia?..

  • @Evie945569 yes, you can. I was just in Australia and they had it.

  • @favoritesmoothies great thanks for that! appreciate it :)

  • They're probably delicious - probably just need a woman's touch to make them look as delicious (presentation - bowulf's recipes are also more for function, less form lol, but great). So nice of you to take the time to post. I have some whey coming free with an order I placed so I'm gonna give this a try. Thanks!

  • WOULD SPLENDA WORK?

  • Made these this morning. I over cooked them...but the part I got to eat was REALLY good! Thanks for sharing!! :-)

  • Stevia WAS available. Don't lump it in w/fake sweeteners that really do mess with your brain. Stevia is a plant, an HERB, whose leaf happens to be sweet. It's only recently that they started marketing it as a sweetener before that it was labeled as a dietary supplement. It has been used in Paraguay for centuries. A Swiss botanist came across it in the late 1800's which is how the rest of the world came to learn of it..

  • that looks nasty. the thumbnail is deceiving.

  • you're getting really good at sturding

  • they actually look great

  • You are working wonders for my diabetes, thank you so much

  • Looks NOTHINg like the picture!

  • love love loveee your videos. Everything looks so good! I promise to make something soon. :)

  • is it supposed to taste like cardboard?? or did i just get unlucky

  • Does Truvia have the same glycemic index,, carbs, and calories as Stevia?

  • why don't you ever use real eggs?

  • sugar is all natural from a plant too

  • @wtfgodieplz

    Per 2 teaspoons:

    Sugar - 32 calories, 8g net carbs, glycemic index = 70

    Stevia - 0 calories, 0g net carbs, = glycemic index = 0

    There you go.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Stevia is the best :) I use it for everything except its kind of expensive :/

  • @leanbodylifestyle 0 calories with sweetness fucks with your brain. To make a long story short it makes you crave sweetness more leading to addiction. What is natural about a white granular sweetener with no calories? Stevia is just a marketing gimmick like the high protein low fat diet. Absolutley nothing you consume within this thing was available for human consumption before recently. What would ever make you think that is what your body needs?

  • @domdabombabc Do research before posting narrow-minded comments. Stevia is all-natural straight from a plant where as sugar substitutes are full of aspartame and suclarose. Now, that aside, YOU sir are saying that sugar substitutes cause addictions to sweetness. You're stupidity is a higher level than anyone's I've seen on YouTube. Congratulations.

  • @italianXnightmare Here's the thing. I did do the research; actually a lot of research because I am very concerned about health. I am not saying that ALL stevia is bad, but white granular stevia is. Naturally stevia is a green leaf which people then dry and crush into a powder. And yes artificial sweeteners do cause addiction to sweetness as well as many other harmful effects. To put it simply: the brain senses sweetness but no calories from it, as a response it wants more because why not.

  • @domdabombabc I've heard that before. But I have not seen the studies. The studies were probably people taking stevia or sugar only? What about if they take it with food, you have calories there. Do you have a link to these studies?

  • @leanbodylifestyle why does JGI even matter

  • @leanbodylifestyle stevia got like 4 calories per gram

  • @wtfgodieplz yea thats why it causes diabetes..

  • @wtfgodieplz Processed sugar is not. And I guarantee you aren't eating the real stuff. Look up what processed sugar does to your body.. When I did. I stopped eating it. I have been off it for 7 months now.

  • @wtfgodieplz If you think sugar is "all natural" you've NEVER seen the refining process. There's nothing natural about it... It's REFINED. And NOT healthy in any respect.

  • @wtfgodieplz Sugar makes you have diabetes.

  • @wtfgodieplz *mentions your name*

  • are they gonna taste like shit with strawberry flavoured or banana/chocolate protein?

  • you are a fuckinggggggggggggg genius haha

  • i love these recipes!!!! keep them coming please♥

  • I live with my mom and she buys the food so i cant really tell her wat to buy but im on my "journey" to getting in better shape........wat shud i do??

  • I live with my mom and shes the one that buys the food so i cant really tell her wat to buy but im on my "journey" to get six pack abs and get in better shape.......wat should i do??

  • your videos piss me off you are way too fanatic about how you eat. and the thumbnails of your video are a LIE

  • this is lovely. Nice treat to have occasionally. Keep making the vids man as i love them for ideas even if they aren't low carb

  • 1:53 Lol, nice spoon lick, and also, Stevia, does it taste like Splenda?

  • @SixPackStruggle I tastes good at first but has a horribly bitter aftertaste.

  • @SixPackStruggle In my opinion, I prefer stevia over splenda. They're both nearly identical, but I think stevia might be the slightest bit sweeter. However, it could be the brand I buy (SweetLeaf) which is nothing but pure stevia extract

  • @mclovin779 Oh, I hope it's healthier, because I'm a little hesitant on Splenda because it's chemical sweeteners and I don't want to do that to my body! Thanks!

  • got a question, ive made this recipe twice already and both times the top was still a little bit liquidy and the rest of it was really dry, do you know why this is happening??

    thanks

  • @kidbuu101 in his chocolate brownie recipe (of which this one piggybacked on), he took it out in the middle of cooking and just stirred it around to mix the liquidy and the dry bits. Maybe that might work here?

  • Just made this today and it was so tasty. Thanks

  • Ugh put mine in the microwave too long and it got chewy... BUT I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. Will have to give this another go tomorrow!

  • Hahaha I obviously did it wrong, it was like a stale sponge, god, it was terrible eventually I'll probably try again. :P

  • Seen this because of Thunder. I have to say this is very interesting, and I would love to see more.

  • thunder was here :)

  • Ive just tried that. I can honestly say that, that was the worst thing Ive ever had in my mouth! And Im gay! lol

  • these are awesome! i made a plain one with out any sweetener, just non stick in a cup, strawberry protein 1 whole egg ax cinamon ! thanks a lot

  • awesome you got some interesting recipes subbed

  • I love your videos. I've got a lot of weight to lose, and i appreicate people like yourself giving such helpful tips for eating and exercise. Makes the process of getting in shape that much easier. THANKS MIKE!

  • @leanbodylifestyle Yes we do :-)

  • I currently don't have PAM, could I use butter instead?

  • ive been watching your videos for one hour now...

    *CLAP* X10000

  • If my hands were that fast, I'd never leave the house.

  • hey man welcome back!

  • Just made them and they taste great! Thanks!

  • that looks good and easy i think i am gonna try that thanks man

  • you know what

stevia is illegal food in europe :( so you cant buy it -.-

  • Had my first one tonight. Thank you, I now no longer feel guilty for having desert.

  • I don't know if you're aware, but the protein powder you're using (ambush elite) contains an artificial sweetener. So it seems counterproductive for you to be using stevia to stay away from artificial sweeteners, then down a protein shake with acesulfame potassium.

  • Mind making some new recipes without protein powder... These are so good, but I'm broke.

  • Yummy! Thanks for sharing--these look GREAT (and SO much better than a Cinnabon!!)

    TheAbStand*net

  • Hello mate, I just discovered your chanel and I'd like some info. Is there any video for a beginner or smth? I searched in your chanel and I did not find one. Which of your programs would be better for a panting and puffing beginner?

Thank you in advance. Greetings from Greece!

  • Can you use egg white substitute instead of the whole egg?

  • omg how do you do it man these are so delicious. I couldnt stop licking my plate looking forward to the next one.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Yeah man we definately do, also got my brother to do these as well, he's a powerlifter and he has to diet down a bit for a competition. He's gonna break the british deadlift and squat record for the 67.5kg class so its gonna be good!

  • Just made some now for breakfast (In the UK lol). They taste AMAZING!

  • Finally, you're back! =D

  • "don't feel bad about adding alot because this is all natural from a plant..."

wow. so ur saying regular sugar isn't natural? no hate love ur vids.

  • @Medster66 ahk ur comparing to other sweeteners.

anyway keep up the videos man. ur looking shredded.

  • Nice job !!

  • buh eh eh i say u dead lol

  • Tried it with cream cheese, not too bad except for the part where I made them too dry...I suck at cooking=\

  • the only thing I changed from yours was to mix together the stevia and the yogurt it just taste better than sprinkle it.

    thanks!

  • excellent man. Ur recipies are really helping me while dieting

  • great recipe mike

  • Can I use only eggwhites?

  • can you please tell me why u changed your whey protein to elite ???? i asked u the same question on the last video u posted, can u answer me please.. thanks =)

  • Just tried this except with cinnamon roll whey protein and it turned out great! Thanks

  • fuck yeah. my boy is back with recipes

  • Thanks, This looks like a must try. For us Australian subscribers, try JALNA Fat Free Natural Yoghourt on top.

  • Of some idiotic reason Stevia is Illegal in Norway, which means i cant get it. country full of fucking hillbillys

  • i tried this recipe this morning like i said i would.

    i used 1scoop of protein.

    1 egg (real egg)

    about a tsp of sugar.

    some cinnamon.

    mic'd it for 45.

    it was SUPER dry!

i could only eat 2 bites >.< i think i needed to add a little bit of water (i think your egg substitute has a lot more liquid than an actual egg) and a little more sugar.

    i will try this again!!!

  • hi, can you put in some stats for your recipe, like total amount of protein, carbs, fat, fibers, it would be better .

  • I like the new intro.

  • Lol! I dont know why I always be expecting your snacks to look like they do in the default picture.. Neways, nice vid though brah & welcome back.

  • 0:55 "I'm gonna use egg substitute"

Why would you substitute for egg?

  • Hey man love the vid!

I bought Greek yogurt today, it tastes like sour cream!!!! Nasty I was gagging lol.

  • Y did u say "Thanks for 1.5K subscribers"?

  • you must have been busy with exams or somethin! but glad you're back bro, great vid once again!

  • Warning: if you ever leave us for that long EVER AGAIN we will ALL UNSUBSCRIBE.. we were worried....

  • I haven't been subscribed that long, but let me say it wasn't until I saw your videos that something clicked in my head and I look a food completely differently, exercise, too! I've lost 15lbs already since you inspired me to make the changes. :) I love your videos, and glad to see you're back.

  • FINALLY

  • Good to see you back :)

  • Greek yogurt is rly bitter!

  • @sportzfan9 Try stevia in it? I'm just suggesting, as I haven't tried nor am I good with making foods better..

  • hey your back! awesome!

  • i was waiting for actual cinnamon rolls ..LOL

    no homo

  • 3:47

"Don't feel bad about adding a lot, because this is all natural from a plant".

Where do you think real sugar comes from?

  • @aaron3299 lol TRUE

  • I was going to request a cinnamon bun/roll recipe! You're the best!

  • =O

    Welcome back!

    Thanks for the video. =)

  • can't wait to try this! i think you do an awesome job at explaining as you go yet making it quick! :)

  • your back!!

  • hey are u going to start making more vids i know u need time but ur vids are so good keep it up!!!

  • Just FYI: Many egg substitutes have onion flavoring added. Read the label because you may not want an onion cinnamon roll.

Also. the brand of Stevia your using is a mix of stevia and erythritol (natural sugar alcohol). That may make a difference in the outcome/texture.

Last but not least - most cinnamon rolls are iced with cream cheese frosting. You did touch on this but, perhaps others don't realize. I do love Greek yogurt though. If anyone chooses Read labels for yogurt too.

  • tried it, tastes pretty good, but tastes nothing like cin rolls!

  • I'm 15 years old and I need to get big and I know that supplements aren't a good thing to use for my age. So, can you give us more recipes without the protein powder, please?

  • @ravineg5 Woah!? Who said protein is bad for you? Whey Protein is actually one of the healthiest, cheapest, best ways to get protein... There are no side effects! ( If your worried about inhibiting growth don't be). Now I would not suggest taking nitrous oxide, creatine, ect. as these do have side effects.

If your just beginning working out I'd suggest watching scooby1961, he has many awesome videos!

P.S. Don't believe half of what people say about working out! Always do your own research!!!

  • @superchamp4

    Thanks for the great info!

  • @ravineg5 im 13 i take 3 protein shakes a day just make sure u get vitmains and veggies i like pineapple for digestive enzimes. but u can take protein its fine i like O.N. whey (optimum nutrition whey)

  • @CrownClown510

    Thank you!

  • @ravineg5 ur welcome!!

  • @ravineg5 Whey Protein and Creatine is the only supplements I would bother getting. Jack3d if you're talking about pre workout supplements too.

They're better than a lot of the other things you can be taking into your body.

  • @EZPZLEMONSKWEEZE

    Thanks for the help!

  • @ravineg5 "I'm 15 years old and I need to get big and I know that supplements aren't a good thing to use for my age."

    Where'd you get that idea?

    .

    "without the protein powder, please"

Have you considered that not every supplement is exactly the same? You're equivocating protein powder with, say, Coenzyme Q10. Because, if we call both "supplements", then that makes them chemically the same? Do you believe you're going to drop dead if you eat any food that has protein in it?

  • dude this is great! once again awesome vid :)
