Good news. This summer, Nicktoons will launch an evening time slot called "Nicktoons Rewind". It will contain Rocko's Modern Life, CatDog, Doug, Ahhhh! Real Monsters, Hey Arnold, and many other toons from the 90s and early 2000s.

i agree with you about i carley and true jackson. i havent seen penguins but barnyard i think is pretty decent. it doesnt live up to classics like rocko, ren and stimpy, real monsters, doug, etc. but for a newer nicktoon its not too bad.

Here is the REAL truth, there WAS going to be a Nick Rewind Channel, but due to low budget, they called it off. They had it all planned out before going with the Noggin/The N split. They may do it in the future, but not the near future. Just be happy they care for us former watchers of the network.

lol Another person complaining about Nickelodeon. Times are changing and so are the programs on Nick. As much as I'd love to see some of these classic Nick shows back on TV, I know the chances of that are very slim. There's been rumors about a Classic Nick channel for the longest time, but nothing ever came of it. Some of these shows are available on DVD. The only thing we could hope for is that more of these shows get put on DVD, so that we can watch them whenever we want.

I tell you the 90's was the golden age for the nickelodeon shows I watched all of them what i would do if we all could go back in time to when they made real tv shows instead of the shows they have today WE NEED ARE SHOWS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no one whats to watch Fanboy and Chumchum and spongebob but im happy because of people like you and i we all share the love for the old school show i want to thank everyone who put there hard work in to putting the old nickelodeon shows on youtube to watch

Does anyone know the email to Nickelodeon? I really want to email them, but I do not know their email address. If a channel is not possible, I see nothing wrong in creating a programming block either on NickToons, TeenNick, or Nickelodeon, that airs Nickelodeon's older programs such as, My Brother and Me, Kenan & Kel, All That, Taina, Nick GUTS, Clarissa Explains It All, and more.
What is the harm in showing at least some of the stuff from Nickelodeon's history?

@thiefswiller the slime is fake. they used water and green food coloring to make it look like slime. they give out awful prizes but the only good ones they give is a camera and a bike. they give tickets to a bootleg CIRCUS. what am i 4???

I did research after watching this and emailed nickelodeon they said "Sorry,we cant do anything...we need funds for the channel.Our company has a major savings acount thats been here in the studios since 1992.If we put some of the money into the funds,we'll have the money to add a new channel to tv.

Nick Arcade was, like, the best show EVER! It was so sad when they took it off Nick. At least they had it on another channel (I think it was Gas) for a while, but it just wasn't the same. Poor Mikey...

@Flameclaw123 Nick GAS was knocked of the tv listings since The N (Now called TeenNick) was breaking away from Noggin since Noggin had its block in the morning and The N was in the evening. then The N got its own channel and they got rid of Nick GAS completely. The N changing into TeenNick is the whole reason Nick changed their logo completely.

they finally changed the logo! i don't mind the new logo, but i like the orange splat better. i doubt that they'll keep the new logo for long. the commercial with slime splatting on the icarly and true jackson cast, the music on there is HORRABLE! they should've used a different song other that THAT!
i miss old nick, and i mostly miss the old nicktoons network, because that was my favorite channel. now, nicktoons is CRAP! nick has gotten better with their shows, luckily. ;)

i agree with you about i carley and true jackson. i havent seen penguins but barnyard i think is pretty decent. it doesnt live up to classics like rocko, ren and stimpy, real monsters, doug, etc. but for a newer nicktoon its not too bad.

Invader Zim should be on that list as well... it had the animation of a cartoon movie from around that time and it went on from 2001-2002 (It's original pilot being 1999) but I still consider it an old Nicktoon because it's awesome like the old ones.

Although I ABSOLUTELY HATE Nickelodeon, you folks may be pleased to hear that in the UK, we have a channel called Nicktoonsters, which shows some (but not all) classic Nicktoons, as well as some from the early 00s, and at one point, they showed some Charlie Brown specials! Charlie Brown is great, but I still hate Nickelodeon!

Here is the REAL truth, there WAS going to be a Nick Rewind Channel, but due to low budget, they called it off. They had it all planned out before going with the Noggin/The N split. They may do it in the future, but not the near future. Just be happy they care for us former watchers of the network.

lol Another person complaining about Nickelodeon. Times are changing and so are the programs on Nick. As much as I'd love to see some of these classic Nick shows back on TV, I know the chances of that are very slim. There's been rumors about a Classic Nick channel for the longest time, but nothing ever came of it. Some of these shows are available on DVD. The only thing we could hope for is that more of these shows get put on DVD, so that we can watch them whenever we want.
