Central Television started on 1st January 1982 and have made famous programmes like Family Fortunes, Blockbusters, Inspector Morse and Spitting Image. I was born in 1981 and if I have lived in the Midlands, it was ATV.

Yes it is Mark Williams. These ads are from the Central region. Mark Williams was born in Bromsgrove Worcestershire.

The announcement of Firefox continuing after the news is by Granada announcer Charles Foster, so they must have been transmitting the film to the rest of the network.

I think these ads are from 1986.

It was From Central Telivsion in the West Midlands. I couldn't determine the Year of these ads though.
