I have never tried fufu, but I tried an Americanized version from a gentleman who was from Africa. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The African people are all so beautiful. Those 2 little ones are so beautiful and happy sitting there and enjoying their supper. They make me wish I was there eating with them! Thank you for sharing!!

i'm sure they did wash their hands, and btw ghanaians use their right hands for eating, preparing food, serving people etc, the left hand is used for other things (i doubt i need 2 elaborate) this is an example of the ghanaian approach to acute hygiene. take a look at the westerner that uses any hand to do anything...

Are you Ghanaian? All the vegetables in the soups are ground so you don't see them. At least in the Ashanti and Brong-Ahafo Regions. Also, there is fish in there soup. It's groundnut soup with Banku that they're eating. I posted it becuase I wanted to make sure I could always have a place to see them. Those two boys were some of my favorite people.
