in the beginning of the video, check out guy with the black shirt & and the letter I on his t-shirt on aisle 4. He runs out with his bag of groceries at the beginning of the quake, then comes back at 38 sec. picks up something from the ground and puts it at the check stand 2. Then he walks over to aisle 5 and walks away with someone else's basket, and stops to take the object he picked up in front of aisle 2 and hands it to his buddy.
yeah a good opportunity for free groceries if your an asshole and hope that your not ID later next time you go in by either someone who works there or by the camera. it is a small town after all
I live in Eureka, I think all Humboldt county people need to stop being a bunch of B*tches. nobody died. 100,000 dead in Haitai. Think about them and not yourselfs right now
One guy walked out with a cart full of unbagged groceries at the end. :p
I was in an earthquake in Mexico City. I didn't even realize what happened until it was over. I was laying in bed with my girlfriend and thought she was moving around. lol.
Let's not forget, esp. those of us who live on the West Coast of the United States, that we live in seismically active territory. We cant let these quake catch us by surprise. We have quakes, like people in the midwest have destructive tornados/blizzards and people back east/south have hurricanes. We cant fight mother nature, but we can be prepared for the inevitable.
I like how everyone runs towards the door, even without paying for their groceries.... In this economy, A quake can be a blessing in disguise.
Seriously, Had this quake been a 7.0+, All the people running for the door would probably be dead from falling debris/structural damage. People have forgotten the quake training weve all gotten since the 80s.
@BR7formvp hahahaha....that is so true. Today at work they were telling us to get under the desk if the big one hits. I was thinking, "are you kidding me, I am running out the door so I don't get trapped under all that debris".
There has been moderate earthquakes here in the bay area, I felt one of 4.1 on thursday and the next day a 3.8 I was olready paranoic and the next thing a I know is the 6.5 that hit northern California. o_0
