On phase 3 (flying head) we use warlock to tank the head if you dont have warrior to spell reflect or something like that..Lock should have soul link (20% damage split to pet), voidwalker(for sacrifice bubble), Curse of tongues to slow cast time, Demon armor(20% more heals).. if you have destro pvp spec you can have molten skin (6% less damage taken) and nether protection (change to reduce incoming spelldamage by 30%). Warlock tanks rock! Spam searing pain to get nice threat on head.

Mimiron is a truly hard boss, my guild had me grab my tanking gear and grab the bombs so they blew up on me while the other tank focused on the robots. We had alot of robots alive when Phase 4 started for some unholy reason.
