Ok, we all understand you'er not working with a large budget and that you are amateur film makers, working on a limited schedule. but at least you could have gotten your war right! If this is supposed to be WW1 you should prob. not be talking about Springfield Rifles and using Browning 50 cal.s. You list your movie as WW1. Is this a typo?

@adidas2samba well, yeah we were wrong with little things like that, but i think it would have been even worse labelling it as a ww2 film seeing as its about vimy ridge and trench warfare and such!

@51362879 Pretty good, but you got a few things wrong. For example, they are using M1 Carbines, a WWII Weapon. They're also using a late 1930's uniform and the WWII M1 Helmet. But other than that, damn!

@darealjoff19 Actually if you want to get really technical, the kid on the right is carrying some kind of a toy pop gun and the one on the left is carrying a chinese air rifle. But no need to split hairs.

This is excellent for High School. You should see about getting a film grant from the Canadian Government. (Seriously).

Only recomendations I would make is replace the typical American war music with The Mapel Leaf Forever!

As for the helmets and uniforms...don't worry about it! i saw a professionally made Romanian WW1 film and they used 1960's Piper Cubs as the warplanes...so even in pro movies, they make mistakes!

Italian guns? Are you kidding? These lads did a good job indeed, but they used an air rifle and a scratch made mock up of a some sort of machine gun. Belive me, Italian wepons were completely different in both first and second w.w. I am Italian and I can swear that also if we lost IIWW we fought with real rifles, not with air guns...

@Uguccione1409 oh no, i dont mean like ACTUAL italian guns. i mean like remade airsoft models. and i dont really know what your suits look like, so plz forgive me for not knowing. but i seen several ww2 Italian stuff, and i thought that it was the suit. and there suits changed during the desert fox campaign, so really they had several suits. of course, i wouldnt know, because im not italian.

his next production will be King Author with muzzle loaders. He should have made a World War II vid with an American Battle. All his stuff is American not Brit. Dates are right but the equipment is WWII. Was this for a grade? I would give him a D for all of his stuff (equipment) is thirty decades off.

relax, its a highschool film. no the helmets aren't correct, no the uniforms are not ww1, yes they are pellet guns, yes the explosions are fireworks, yes the smoke is from a machine, yes we had to dig our own trench, and yes we had to do all of this in a week around sports school. so despite your nitpicky coments, and a few others, this video being a small highschool project, actually contains some substance but im sure you didnt listen to much of it. please get over it

regardless of some of the more inane comments you recieved, I applaud your efforts and hope you graded well on this project. my grandfather would have had a good smile on this one. he survived the battle and was decorated for bravery afterward(although he would never say why).
