@thecashinproject The (then) Los Angeles-based company Frank Gari Productions (now Atlanta-based Gari Media Group) developed the "Sky Symphony" music.

I think Gari also composed a never-used package for the failed NewsCorp & MCI (now Verizon) American Sky Broadcasting joint venture. (Those frequencies eventually went to DISH Network.) NewsCorp's plans for what was to have been Sky News USA were unaffected by ASkyB's early demise, as it was launched in 1996 as FOX News Channel.

Sky looked great when it had the cross channel branding. Their current idents are really dull. This looked dynamic and exciting.
