In america have to peak just to make the olympics with the competetion here. If they didn't have to compete all year long to make money and keep sponers they would peak for olympics and win easily like they do in 99% of other competetions held every year.

If you're powerthrowing 65 yes, otherwise you get more... rule of thumb is 12-15 feet with very good form, 6-12 feet for glide...I did glide in HS and gained 12 feet and spin in college and I gain about 12 feet

with the glide you would gain 5-7 percent of your standing throws and i think its 7-10 percent gain with the spin. learn the spin you got time until you compete to win high school meets
