Hey, the chords in the verses are E, D, A. The chorus is the same chords but in the order E, D, E, D, E, D, A. It's as simple as that, maybe just check the video again for timings! Hope this helps.

Nice cover man. One thing to point out though; the song is recorded in the scale of Eflat. You are playing it in standard tuning. Just tune every string down a half step and shizzzaaam! Nice cover though. Your voice fits the song and nice strumming.
