Once "mind fucked" a gas jockey back in the day to fill up my 56' Beauville station wagon. Mom's car is a pristine 55' Bel-Air. Bought off the showroom floor. It's just screaming to be a "Gasser" but not in her lifetime.

I'm trying to find info on a '55 Chevy gasser I used to owned (never raced it) Southern California. Orange '55 Chevy. 427/428 Ford motor. Cars name: "Half-Breed" Car used to belong to Gene Putnam from Ojai, CA. Jim Data of Ojai told me the car had been through many hands during the 60's and 70's. It's the only gasser I've seen with a windshield cut-out for the dual quad scoop. Car is long gone, but I still have the motor and is about to come to life again after 30 years.

It was nice to see my old 55 Chevy gasser, the yellow one with the black front end on this video. I miss it but nice to see it anyway.

@fiatgarage Hey thanks for the comment. I like that 55 gasser you had. It has a perfect stance... High front end with small wheels, exhaust coming through the fender wells. Looks wicked! I built a 34 Ford C/Gas coupe way back in the old days. Like you I sold it and wish I still had it...

Any chance you gonna build one? I know you're capable. You've got plenty of cars and trucks to choose from. Personally, i would like to see that old blue ford truck done up gasser style. Now that would be freakin sweeeeeet!
