@RascalCoyote Most of them are broken due to new sound restrictions (they go silent at around 20m away) and they use scripts that are, in comparison to other vendors, heavily outdated. I will upload a video detailing each one I have ever made and why it was discontinued within a few days, hopefully.

The E-CLASS is a SLI siren.

@Droideka133 Wrong; it's an ASC siren that SLI recently replicated under the name "S*Class".

Nonetheless, the version you see in this video was made nearly 4 years ago back when I didn't have a grip on the torus shape - each "horn" is made of 7 prims: 3 for the horn itself, 1 for the grey ring at the end, 1 for the speaker cone in the center, and 2 for the driver/base. Since each siren could have up to 16 of 'em, that's way too many prims, which is why I stopped selling it long ago.

4-5 per sim is suggested because of the way sounds work. If you can't see it, you can't hear it, and many peoples' draw distances only cover 1/4th of a sim.

Awesome stuff. My home town has thunderbolts covering the downtown area and inner neighborhoods. Further out we have the FB 2001's.  The thunderbolts are my favorite sirens.

There's a lot of places to look. My personal favorite is Northstar Mall, but Rocket City FurMeet is a close second (use Search to find them). Full avatars range anywhere from L$500 to L$1500 and additional accessories and such can total it up to well over L$3000.

I did, actually! Unfortunately, they were lost with the account switch. I bet I could dig up an old prototype copy somewhere but it doesn't have the same sound. The final version was very, very loud... probably as loud as my Chrysler! Painful to use, though. Didn't sell too well.

You should do a Federal Modulator and an ACA Banshee, an ACA T-128, a T-Bolt 1000T, and an old Sterling siren.

Modulator and T128/135 are next up on the list. The 128 will be a little harder because of the flower-like pattern inside it, but I'll be releasing a 135 after the 2T22 and Model 2 / Decot. The 1000T is probably a no-go but it's an easy mod on the 1003 - just remove the hi-lo tone and the mechanism from the siren and it'll basically be a 1000T. I'll consider it.

The old 1000T I have no clue. It's at least a year old. However, the new 1003 (yellow one) uses authentic 1003 sounds - hence the hi-lo tone.

The siren itself costs anywhere from 200 to 1000L$, which isn't pocket change. Unless you purchase L$ using US$, you won't be able to get the siren in the first place.

You can, however, use it in sandboxes - public build areas - but I'm not responsible for any trouble you get into due to what some people call "sound spam". It's best to have your own land (or a friend's parcel), but land is very, very expensive.

No, no Thunderbolts are still being made. carexpertandy was right, they were discontinued sometime around '86, I think. However, they are still sold by resellers like SirensForCities, which may be what you are thinking of - unless you are talking about some sort of private design by another company.

It's new in the sense that it's a new virtual model compared to the 1000T. Of course Thunderbolts aren't made anymore.

There were many different Thunderbolt series, and you are correct - there was a rotor gear driven model. (My personal favorite is the gasoline-powered 7000 series!)

There were 1000, x000, and 7000 series - the 7000 series were gasoline powered, and I don't know much about the x000 series (not even its name). Maybe it was propane- or ethanol-powered.
