Herbalife works pretty well, Ive seen ppl losing around 50 pounds in 3 months, and they still losing. Its a safe product, the only one that works actually, for my entourage.

herbalife works just okay heres what to do. drink the milkshake in the morning and make sure not to eat anything else just the shake or u might 'gain weight.then drink another in the afternoon(and remember no food) then at night u can eat a bowl of cereal and nothing else. if u want to loose weight quiker then u can do some kind of physical activities at your own house or anywhere (: i love this product and im bearly 15 and know like everything about it =]

@KittyFaycee _ that's sounds like an unhealthy recommenation - Herbalife pro,otes that you have a well balanced meal with vegetables and fruit too. At 15 you would have a number of years ahead of you in which to lose weight. Learning bad eating habits isn't good for anyone, especially aged 15.
