Gems recharge your gear and weapons. like if u have a weapon that has a burn effect and it runs out of the burning power thing than the gems recharge that power.

@MrAap1996 Go through the whole tunnel thing and once on the other side of that gate there is a switch if I remember correctly, or a level, can't remember, that opens the door

1 of the good things about lydia... she only dies if you kill her while shes in her kneeling status XD

@SaintAvalon shes uber touchy (women right? lol) you hit her with anything while shes kneeling or very low health and she dies lol shouts/magic/melee ive killed her with anything and everything in the middle of a damn dungeon and had to restart from a previous save lol

@SaintAvalon although... just yesterday i was clearing a dungeon to get blood for a quest and a crap ton of falmer killed her outright and i dont think i did anything to hurt her so maybe its a toss up

@steviedogtobers its not wrong...i said in another post that it depends cuz a crap ton of falmer took her out on 1 of my games...but only near the end of the dungeon after kneeling like 5 times and she took a crap ton of dmg..and only the pc can kill her while shes in kneeling or low hp... other than that she regenerates like 98 percent of the time without cause

dwarven stuff is the easiest to get material to smelt because you just melt down the artifacts from the dungeons into several bars, instead of take several pieces of ore for 1 bar
