I could tell you (in case you do not know) all of the actors and actresses are not deaf nor mute featuring in this movie, I think it's about the enthusiasm of being an professional actor/actress or a professional director. Interestingly, I've actually been on that boat, my friends and I were on a bike trip around the Shatin and Tolo Harbor area. That was only about 2-3 years ago. It's actually quite a famous spot and I know it's been in at least 2 other movies.
