  • I also do them in cartagena colombia

  • put the glue on the smaller piece to avoid glue on the visible surface

  • I also use emery boards from the dollar store. Comes in different sizes and very cheap.

  • very thoughrough and clear instructions . thanks!

  • the sandpapertip is a big waste of material :(

  • It's a good idea.

Here in Argentina we cann`t get many tools so the only solution is to make one. Thanks

  • i use those pointed diamond embre boards for sanding sticks, my moms got a few so i stole them from her lol

  • Dental picks by hand and dental burrs in a dremel flex handle or mini die grinder also work very well for detail, and you can usually find sets of used ones on eBay - use as is or if you are paranoid of used bits toss them into a cup of isopropyl alcohol first. All sizes and shapes are out there and being used they arent so agressive like new ones, and of course much cheaper and usable to carve wood, eggs, etc not just sanding and detailing. Of course dremel bits are another option for detailing

  • Steve has a number of great ideas!
