A little paranoid? If your main HD fails, you have the 1tb external, if that fails at the same time you have a drobo, if one of the drives in the drobo fails at the same time, you still have your data. I think that's a little overkill. You're crazy protected against drive failure, but one fire and everything's lost anyway.

@Pepsiaddicto I also have a backup at my Dad's house. In addition most of my content is on the web. Yes, maybe it's a little overkill but I do value my content.
