@FantasyBookWriter Ahh, the Middle Ages. Poverty, disease, rats; the good old days when the poor were treated like dirt, the women were treated as property and Lister, Simpson and the rest weren't even twinkles in their fathers' respective eyes.

@Jabberwooki Actually it wouldn't be that bad to be a woman in the middle ages if you were a celt. In traditional celtic society women were allowed to own property and fight in battles and they even had the right to divorce. They could become druids or preistesses or whatever they wanted to become. But eventually the celts were integrated in to normal society which sucks cause they had a beautiful culture :)
