I never heard of her until literally 2 minutes ago, when I just happened 2 see her picture on YouTube. I mean LITERALLY 2 minutes ago was when I first heard of her ever in my life. I never heard her songs or anything, & I never saw X-Factor before. I 1st heard of that show from YouTube. I became her fan the exact moment I saw her picture (for the 1st time ever). She looks amazing! & I love the English accent. I heard 3 seconds of her singing. Nice job singing in the 3 seconds that I heard.

There are other artists that deserve this award who haven't just covered a song and won a TV show. The BRITs don't really acknowledge her or Leona because there are bands and singers who write their own music and have started from the bottom rung of the ladder. They're snobby like that.
