Bundy was a sociopath, and was incapable of feeling anything. You'd have more luck getting that chair he's sitting in to show remorse. And like many other such monsters, he truly believed he was invincible and would outsmart everyone in the end. He certainly had this moron wrapped around his little finger. The interviewer went there for only one reason: to blame pornography and social decadence for the murders, and Bundy gave him exactly what he wanted.

According to a criminal psychologist and FBI profiler I've been reading about, they practice the most extreme form of compartmentalization when reflecting on their crimes, thinking about them only in an attempt to relive the high they got from it. But he couldn't even convince himself of that lie, because he kept admittng that pornography was not an excuse. The way he described the murders suggests that he was quite at his leisure and considered that to be perfectly normal. I work in mental health and sometimes you do come across people that mimic "typical" human behaviour perfectly, but there is still something lacking, something is just wrong. The interviewer says "7000 interviewers are outside, but you asked ME to come from Canada.." Yes - because you have been persuaded by him, you BELIEVE in him, he feeds of your reactions to him. According to a criminal psychologist and FBI profiler I've been reading about, they practice the most extreme form of compartmentalization when reflecting on their crimes, thinking about them only in an attempt to relive the high they got from it. All that negative emotion you mention is vented in acts of violence, which becomes an addictive rush.

@soaper125 not true, there was plenty of porn, porn goes back to as old as motion picture. as for violence there may not have been lots of hollywood violence and gore but there was plenty of REAL gore videos, torture, executions etc. what is scary is that they used to show violent videos to people as a form of torture! And it disturbed them and fucked them up, yet today we are so desensitized we have no idea how bad an effect this stuff is having on our subconscious mind.

Ted Bundy was, to the very last minute, an excellent actor. This video is so unconvincing. He gives me the creeps. I work in mental health and sometimes you do come across people that mimic "typical" human behaviour perfectly, but there is still something lacking, something is just wrong. The interviewer says "7000 interviewers are outside, but you asked ME to come from Canada.." Yes - because you have been persuaded by him, you BELIEVE in him, he feeds of your reactions to him. On the other hand, you cheer and applaud the death of a human being. Why? Because you can justify the death. He killed, so the polite thing to do woul dbe to kill him right back.
Most serial killers do what they do and live without remorse. They justify it in their own way. No matter how absurd their reasons are.
So what you have is pretty simple. Death = Justified and Death = Justified
But one of these is okay, because it REALLY is justified. Excuse me while I ponder logic for a moment.

27:55 THIS is the most revealing part. when the idiot interviewer shows sympathy because raping and murdering a 12 year old girl is to painful for bundy to talk about (wow) you see bundy feigns remorse, pretends to be sad to try to get them to extend his execution so he can reveal details on this case. BUT at 27:55 you see him look up to check the interviewers reaction, you see his true conniving side, making sure he has him where he wants him, then goes on to say he cant believe the pain.
