I got astro A40s for christmas and the surround sound is not working in the headset. when im in a party i can hear my friends and stuff but when i go to game chat the sound is coming out of my tv and theres no surround sound or anything in the headset. can you tell me whats the problem or help me out. thanks cody

when you go to the website, you can select 'audio systems' underneath product. this bundles the headset with the mixamp for $250 so you get them together. they come with all the necessary cables however you'll want to buy a toslink cable (optical cable) to achieve 5.1 surround sound
