My dad was a total Archie fan. I was grading each performance of Cook & Archie either giving a thumbs up, down, middle. I thought Cook had done good on first, ok on second, while for my dad, Archie was hitting his zone. But when it came to this song, my dad turned to me and I held a thumbs up. He slowly smiled and nodded yes. I can't imagine him singing any other song that meant so much to him, and he sang it beautifully with feeling. Ha on Simon.

No, it was NOT fixed. Just because you didn't get the result you wanted doesn't mean it was fixed. If you don't like David Cook, don't watch his videos at all. But certainly don't watch and post bullsh*t like this. You won't find me posting negative garbage on Archie's videos. Cook and Archuleta are both good singers, but with different styles. I happen to prefer Cook who is also an excellent entertainer.

Nicely said Izzy18. I am a major fan of david cook and think he is an amazing talent but i also think that david archuleta is an amazing talent, it all comes down to what music style you prefer, i don't take a liking to ballads and i love rock and pop so i personally like cook, but archuleta has a wonderful voice considering his age. They're both very humble and genuine people and give credit where credit is due, so if they can get along, why can't their fans?
