dude contact them or open a ebay claim. Thats what their there for. I have used firefox lipos and they are good. Lipos do run into the problem of being DOA and at least you didn't get it from a airsoft place. My friend got one locally and it to me yelling in the store for them to return it and we were returning it less then an hour from buying it DOA.
