  • The solo has some that sound like the ones from the solo of Comfortably Numb

  • @MrACDC1997 I agree. At 6:00, I just realized the same thing without taking a look at your comment. Fake guitarist...

  • @MrACDC1997 i think the same

  • Wonderfull !!!

  • he sings ' don't let fire rush to your head ' twice :)

  • So geil diese Nummer, Wahnsinnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • would they consider playing in Cyprus??!!! Awesome!

  • who can dislike this ?

  • Is this guy the original lead singer ? I'm confused .... Nice voice !!

  • @Winkybus77

This guy singing is Alan Parsons himself. The original lead singer, the late Eric Woolfson, co-founder of the APP, left in 1990 (he deceased in 2009).

  • juedto you are right....the drummer indeed rocked!!!

  • i so enjoyed this.....the harmonies are over the top fantastic!! takes me back to that time......

  • The drummer rocked

  • Shame the guitar solo isn't a patch on the original or previous live versions.

  • It's great to see Alan singin his own songs for a change. Not taking anything from Eric Woolfson, but Who knew Alan could sing so well.

  • 100 likes and 1 dislike? that 1 dislike must be a Team Barcelona fan...hahahahaha

  • Kind of reassuring to see that even AP himself can't keep the lyrics straight all the time. I always had trouble remembering which verse was which in this song -- like a lot of the APP songs, the verses are very similar with subtle changes, and it's easy to mix them up. I guess occasionally even the master goes sliding while the servants play. ;) Nonetheless -- awesomeness! Maybe their best live lineup that I've seen footage of, but perhaps for missing David Paton.

  • Truly awesome. Thanks for uploading.

  • I love this music very much. I can hear it many times every day. Great and amazing song

  • Still rockin' the mullet in 2004. I hope it's still there.

  • I love APP, but this stuff is pretty lacking without Eric Woolfson. Seriously.

  • Godfrey Townsend on guitar is totally unbelievable. What sound he has, he is Amazing as well is the rest of the band.

  • Look at 4:04~4:08 - Triangle over vocalist's head. It's the new age meaning of eye in the sky. But I agree music is timelessly beautiful.

  • Fabulous.

  • OUTSTANDING! Thank you!

  • Everytime i hear the first notes of this song i get goosebumps..... AMAZING SONG!!!

    Lame audience btw...

  • DONT THINK SORRYS EASILY SAID

DONT LET THE FIRE RUSH TO YOUR HEAD <------------ ??? a little mistake =)

YOUVE TAKEN LOTS OF CHANCES BEFORE

BUT IM NOT GONNA GIVE ANYMORE

    DONT ASK ME

    THATS HOW IT GOES

CAUSE PART OF ME KNOWS WHAT YOURE THINKIN.

  • thanks for the upload.

  • Although I've been to hundreds of concerts, I only saw APP once several years ago (opening for Yes). I'm pretty ignorant to the material except the Sirius/Eye combo. The thing that really got me was how tight they were live and the sound mixing and quality was superb! Of course Dr. Evil helped with his diabolical plan - The Alan Parson's Project, and of course the dastardly Preparation H. :-)

  • What a voice

  • I love this song.

I do not feel the same about the hyper, faggoty singer.

  • I AM IN COMPLETE LOVE WITH THIS SONG... AWESOMME TAPINGG :)

  • ******

  • The Alan Parsons Project...

The Project never played live during its career. 1975 to 1990. The only live performance where the band was introduced as "The Alan Parsons Project" was at Night of the Proms 1990 at the time of the group breakup.

"Alan Parsons Live Project" is distinctly from "The Alan Parsons Project" due to the departure of Eric Woolfson.

  • title corrected.. thanks for clarification

  • Sweet bass-line.
