I think gm's for ogplanet are dumb and smart at the same time.

They know when someone is trying to scam someone else, but their too dumb to look in the right spots. I think that this gm was just getting too many help desk messages and forum complaints so he just followed the guy around waiting for him to scame someone else. Lucky you, you got to sit back, comment, and read all of the explaining.

Well, often yes you are right, but there are times when gm's just stake out rooms like trade rooms, account sellers, etc. And there are some times where it's lag from entering a room.
