It`s a part of a Kata from a strange karate-style. She said it on 1:15 to 1:17 I discerned follow technics: Oi-zuki (the 1st. two punches)

followed by

two uchi-uke

gollowed by 3 (strange) gedam-berai (usualy this blocking technic is performed with a close fist, not with streched fingers)

and at least a shotu-uke... i guess....
