No,it didn't come with a guitar cable.also,it does not come with an ac adapter.If you want to use an ac adapter you'll have to buy one for another $10

5-6 hours.I bought some rechargeable batteries.I also bought the ac adapter for times I don't need a battery operation.

I have a Pignose 7-100 as well. With alcaline batteries, it least many days!
