I'm gonna buy a new amp next week and I really don't know what to. I am using the Digitech RP255 unit and my guitar - an Ibanez RG321MH. I wanna get a new amp for college where I will get into a serious band. Currently I own the Fender G-DEC Junior which is only 15 W. I was told to get a solidstate with a good clean, as I dont need effects on it.What whould I get ? Around 30-50 W and 200-300$ ? I've set my eyes on the Kustom HV30 and Kustom Quad65DFX.Or maybe a Hartke GT60c? I need for metal.

@Sk8er667 U will already have your amp not, but if I was you and I was in the USA, I would have got a fender princton reverb used, or spent a little more and got the deluxe reverb used, both have awesome clean channels, no need to but loads of pedals, maybe a distortion and a tube screamer, tremolo built into both amps, says vibrato, but its a trem, and the DR is good for gigs and collage use, the PR is good for collage and small gigs, DR is the better choice, fender have the best cleans 4me

Finally a good demo of this amp.. how does the low end sounds on this amp? most SS power cannot put out some low end..

What settings were you using at 5:50 - 6:18? I can't figer out how to get it that heavy without using a pedal :\

@darkgamer240 i had the same problem for the longest time but his low end looks like its coooming from his guitar i think hes uding an 8 string. anyways there are two switches on the amp behind each channel the gain boost and grind/punch. turn them both on it will be much more full from the start and this amp dosnt have a lot of low end so try tuning up the bass or rolling down the highs and alson dont forget about ur different revebs they helped me out a lot
