it will be interesting how david miller handles the coming recession and tax revolt.The federal government has no intention to help this city and the debt keeps growing.Prediction?:mayor Miller will leave office in disgrace and leave the city with a 5 billion dollar debt.Unfortunately the infrastructure will have deteriorated to the point that drastic measures will be needed just to keep the city running.
