The lead singer of this group was Bill "Oliver" Swafford who Bob Crewe later had a hit with Good Morning Starshine after Good Earth broke up. The song was written by LR Brown and Raymond Bloodworth who wrote C'Mon Marianne for the 4 Seasons and were staff writer for the label. I have yet to locate the other members of the group for a complete history. Of the 60 or so Dynovoice records i'm only missing two 45rpms. Fantastic song, thanks for posting!!
Wow, I've been looking for this song for ages. I remember playing my dad's 45 record over and over back in the 70s. Thanks for posting it, do you know of any place to get an MP3 file of the song?
Beginning sounds like "Norwegian Wood".

The group had one LP in addition to a couple of singles, this single was NOT on the LP. That's about all the additional info I can give.
