What year in school were you when you performed this? Did you find it really difficult to gather/set up/rehearse or was it more of a fun challenge?
I'm looking for a multi piece now, but terrified of big setups.

Man, multi-percussion pieces are great, but setting them up to practice is a real pain! I feel bad for you.

I don't know the piece, but it sounds like you're right in time with the tape. That's always a pain too.
