@SqueezeThisPlease wow good luck. I think i have an underbite too, but this surgery looks complcated wth all those metal screws.... does it hurt after the surgery? What is the cost? im interested to know. thanks :)

@maxmaxuyao1 they say that the recovery doesn't hurt at all you just get a really swollen face after it. it can be a bit pricy but it's totally worth imo, i can barely chew with my teeth like this. If you have an underbite go see your orthodontist, he'll know what to do =)
