I remember when I watched this video with my friend back in the alpha days. We both thinked this video was really amazing! Always when I watch this video I get that nostalgic feeling. Minecraft was much more fun when you had to survive the night and didn't know everything about the game. Btw what's the song called?

My prospective on the idea of minecraft being beautiful is because of how now the businesses and all the buildings around you just get in the way of beauty. Nature and simple things add to beauty and that's why minecraft is considered like that, a simple slide with classical music not much techno or voices adds to it all. Blocks, are simple and that is what makes minecraft simple and beautiful.

@TakeOnNE1 Look at the top of the screen. Its alpha 1.0.7. Ladders were fixed in BETA 1.4. I do, however, understand how you missed that, i was also completely dedicated to watching this amazing creation.
