It's easy to become a moderator now. My friend got recruited by a Mod, he had to send an email saying 'I accept' to Jagex which is jagex-mod-recruit@live.co.uk . An email got sent back which contained a survery which he filled out and booom, he become a moderator. I just done the same thing without a Mod recruiting me, just sent an email to Jagex, filled up form and became a moderator aswell :)

So just send an email saying 'I accept' to jagex-mod-recruit@live.co.uk

first go up to a suspecting player that you think maybe botting (works best for wc)

Then say whats your wc level if they respond then okay good they aint a bot.
