@doofynetgraouw it's actually because of his disease...he suffers from a rare disease,i don't know what it's called, but it affects his joints, and so every 1 or 2 years i think his knees and ankles swell up so he can't play for like a month, and he can't do anything about it,and neither can doctors...it's a shame...monfils is a great player, though.i hope he'll be able to get over these unwanted problems that are keeping him sidelined and missing tournaments and i'm hoping he'll keep playing
@dichidi1 as amazing as he always does, because he is not only a great athlete and a showman,he is also a very talented tennis player, always playing with his heart and battling for every point and managing to pull off some spectacular plays like no other player...let's hope he keeps getting better...and,of course, allez Gael !!!
it's not that difficult to do this, I can do it with some ease, any decent ITF player can do it, now his 10 foot slides on clay are very difficult to do, most pros can only go up to 6 but he's just monstrous
this is why monfils got through the junior tournaments easily because he could just keep running down the ball until the opponent makes the mistake. But hes come a long way from the junior days
since when Andreev manage control the ball that well at net ? LOL ...at this episode he looks incredibly concentrated and self-confident and at these concrete episode he controls the ball at net not worse than Stefan Edberg himself...if he'd always played like that, he'd own most of the players that smash hell of the ball...
He's a Fucking Tank

he uses the kswiss big shots, and their traction sucks. He's also insanely fast so he can slide like that
