Jasdevi's hair is AWESOME. In the manga it talks. It says, "Peko, peko~!" :3 And Jasdevi talks back to it.

And yes, Jasdero, Devit, and Jasdevi are all male. 1. It was confirmed by the author, 2. Jasdero wears his vest open and also wears a wig, and 3. At one point Devit threatens to rape Lenalee.

But at any rate, their hair is kickass. :3
