I really do not understand why is so fucking hard to get that this hardware issue is simply created by their new case? Case has few parts - right? They are metal - right? You loose signal when you connect two parts of metal case with your hand - right? SO IT'S SHORTCUT PROBLEM! And all the people are waiting for software fix. I do not have an iPhone and I have no clue about electronics but this is obvious! It cannot be fixed by software. Something inside (sim chip IMO) is shortcutting to metal.

Hi i agree as i tried the same test with speednet app. I to lost 3g signal and even edge and lost upto 98 99% of download speed. Really bad and as you say no software fix is going to do any good

As a Tech Support, at first glance, you'll immediately be able to identify the problem.. No doubt, it is pure hardware issue.. Tests like this is just for documentation.. And NO firmware is gonna solve this problem. Only a fool will believe Apple's so called "solution".
