Is there a rule if your wearing Greaves (leg guards) or any type of armor, if they hit you, can any par of your body stay in tact in these larp duels?

@SpartanOfAmerica1234 1st. This is Dagorhir and calling it LARP will have the trolls on you faster than you can say "Lightning bolt!"

2nd. Leg armor or any armor can block one hit from a blue,yellow, or green hit. Those weapons consist of spears, javelins, and one handed swords.

3rd. Armor does not block red attacks. Red weapons are two handed weapons consisting of any edged two handed weapon.

I thought somewhere in the rules it said that if you get hit on your dead leg, it was a valid hit against the good leg?

how strong are the swords? i was fighting with sticks that were as thick as thick as the thickest part of ur arm and they were being smashed like twigs and i was going easy so i wouldn't hurt the person i was sparring with so yeah please tell me.

Well, keep in mind that these are padded with several layers of foam, so that dispels the impact. Usually, these swords are made out of a PVC pipe or fiberglass core, so they're more flexible than wood.

I know how you feel with destroying wood weapons, though; I bought some cheaply made wooden swords at a Rennaissance fair once and they were broken before the week was out. I guess my friend and I are a little rough on weapons.

I think we should have also recorded opposite handed legged fighting because that same wrap will not work as well.. Maybe we can do it at althyng or Badon
