next time you close to a pet store etc. try and take a rat and look it straight into its face up close. there nothing but cute rodents. that in nature are trying to make a living. rats eint "strong" like most ppl think. there strength lays in there large numbers rat reproduction and a working social network. were its even possible to sacrifice one for the greater of the pack.

Rats Carry and spread no more disease than any other animal and far less than humans, for instance take weils disease statistics in the UK are 40 cases per year, that is out of 62 million people with only 4 deaths since 1996! Now Human flu on the other hand causes 32,000 deaths per year!! Now i ask which one is "vermin" Humans have caused more distruction and have wiped out many species of animals through greed, Rats are not disgusting they are brilliant intelligent clean animals!!

nobody is worshiping them, the just dont kill them due to superstition and because its in the desert no loss to agriculture. and due to its uniqueness and unique tolerance of these creatures this temple is now world famous and brings in millions of dollars in revenue for a small desert city. hindus dont kill any creatures that take shelter in a temple, its not called worshiping them.

It was people, not the rats, who were exclsusively in asian territories until unhygentic humans contaminated whole continents with animals and parasites and sickness that never touched other regions.
