could be a number of things since the danger area is on the nearside, but i'd say, given the fact that the blue car on the left had its wheels turned and the brake lights just went out, that it was just about to pull out -and either you hit it or missed it by a few inches?
then again i didn't notice a signal so i could be wrong? (but brake lights on a car are in themselves a good signal that a vehicle will pull out).

I think the 206 will pull out. Was gonna say the taxi stops suddenly, but watching again I can see the brake lights go off on the 206.

Peugeot driver has just taken his foot off the brake. So he is either going to pull away or open his door.
