Well, on second thought you might not be able to play all of it but you should be able to get most of it in and just cheat for the higher or lower notes. I don't have a 61 key anymore though so I haven't actually tried, but one way to find out is to check the sheet music and just find the highest and lowest notes and see if they fit on your keyboard.

I can play slow songs, but not the fast ones (i.e. J.E.N.O.V.A) I think yes people who started to learn when they were young got a head start, but I have one cousin that started playing piano, violin, and cello when she was 18 years old, and she's far better than me, who played longer than her.
