Well, come on, give the game a break. It is not that bad. Sure FIFA 10 for XBOX360 and PS3 is better. But let's look at it this way, you have the gameplay that made us fall in love with FIFA, that is, the PS2 style, with way better graphics. And it is easier than the console versions. If you do not like it, don't buy it. I have it though and it is a good game. Mnager mode is awsome and the cinematics are wonderful. Physics are cool also. See IGN for the FIFA 10 pc Review. When I first got into football three years ago, I bought FIFA09 for the PC and it was a good intro to football for me. The graphics weren't great but I loved the crowd noise and the commentary was great. I have FIFA10 and FIFA11 for xbox and obviously enjoy them more, but I have to say, I miss the fantastic crowd energy and noise in the PC series. I also prefer Clive Tyldesley to Martin Tyler lol.

pes 2010 midfielders always close down on attacks, fifa 2010 they dont, fifa 2010 is way more realistic in that sense, also when you kick the ball weight is generated and your player gets effected another realistic effect which pes 2010 doesnt have. the ball acts much heavier also than in pes 2010.

While I must agree the console versions are and look better, it's still a good game on the PC. PES for example is even worse, it may look much better, but its gameplay is shit on a stick. FIFA for the PC isn't the best game, but it doesn't suck. I like it, although I do prefer the console versions.
