It's actually Mas' with the apostrophe after the "s." It's correct this way because the restaurant was started by two of the Ma family, hence, the Mas, and belongs to both of them---Mas' Islamic Restaurant.

i'm a chinese guy crazily addicted to chinese muslim food. i gotta say that the dish in 0:40 is not halal, since it's pork. and strangely enough, i've seen that dish, which is quite polupar nationwide, served in 3 of the hundreds of halal restaurants in which i've eaten in my home city qingdao, china

make sure to ask them who their meat SUPPLIER is. A chinese muslim approached the imam here and told him not to eat at these chinese "muslim" places since their meat suppliers are not VERIFIED. I could be wrong about this one, but ask yourself - do i see the owners of the restaurants in the masjid, ever?
