Simon was a great project manager, someone with commendable experience in the armed forces, and a sensitive, thoughtful human being. Even Alex, who is a twat himself, thought Claire should be fired. I'm so disappointed for Simon and I sincerely hope he does well at whatever he sets his mind to.

I like Simon's personality. He's straight forward and seems to be hard working. However he's not right to be a leader in the business world. He's not mean and cunning enough to handle the real business world. He could've gotten that chubby girl out so easily given how the white haired advisor was on his side the whole time.

I am really shocked that Alan fired Simon. The one who should have been fired was Claire. I really beleive Simon did his best and was creative. The team disfunctioned because of Claire's har to manage attitude ,and Chris too is to blame for not accepting Simon as leader to begin with.
