I am attempting to add a layer from copy, and the previous selected eyes are not continuing onto the new layer. The animated circles created by the marquee tool are also disappearing when creating the new layer.

the oliptical marqee tool, if you cant find it go to the rectangular marquee tool, right click it and the the oliptical marqee tool will be shown and you just have to click it

yea i had a question when i have a picture and i zoom it in it becomes blurry i know how to change eye color and eveything but when i zoom in to the eye or watever part of the picture it comes out blurry like when you zoomed this eyes u can see evey detail and in mine u can't see nothing it blurry i need help if u have some advice plz help me!!

skip the whole "selection" thing, paint directly on the adjustment layer, much easier and better more dynamic resoult.

I think it's a lot easier just to use the pen tool, click and drag, to select the eye. That way you make one smooth selection without having to do a bunch of eliptical marquee selections.
