In some cases it is. I have a Dazzle for mac and the quality is good but when I recorded with my hd camcorder the way I would do with a dazzle the quality came out some much better.

Reinstall EVERYTHING Pinnacle related, then get the latest update you can (10.8 on XP doesn't work right) and get the USB driver updates for the Dazzle. It should work after that. Just use Google to find it all.

I recently got a Capture Card from a friend (PCI), and I was wondering if you know of any programs I could use to record?

I can use Movie Maker, which gives awesome quality, but it takes 5 minutes to render the movie to save it, and by that time the next match has already started (Call of Duty).

I tried Debut, but the quality isn't all to great.

ONLY 5 MINUTES? Lucky, mine takes like 15.

I would keep recording all matches until you're done playing, then cut out the things inbetween. Then you just cut one gigantic clip at the end, render the first part, then press Ctrl + Z and that longer clip comes back. Repeat until they're done or you're happy...
